Refund & Cancelation Policy

These terms will apply upon successful completion of Know Your Business (KYB) verification.

1.1 Refund Method Refunds will only be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.

1.2 Delivery Issues Refunds are applicable if Rewarzio fails to deliver the goods to the shipping address provided by the buyer. For purchased digital/virtual products, refunds are applicable if Rewarzio fails to deliver the ordered product to the User’s registered account due to an issue caused by Rewarzio.

1.3 Damaged or Defective Products Rewarzio will offer a complete refund of the product’s value or exchange the product if the ordered item was damaged during transit or is not functioning properly. For digital/virtual products, if the voucher code/pin has been used/redeemed before the purchase date, the user must provide confirmation from the publisher that the voucher code/pin or license was used/redeemed before delivery.

1.4 Digital/Virtual Products Refunds, exchanges, or returns are NOT APPLICABLE to digital/virtual products.

1.5 Incorrect Products If a user receives the wrong product due to a shipping error or omission by Rewarzio, Rewarzio will deliver the correct product as soon as possible after receiving the returned order. For digital products, Rewarzio will deliver the correct product to the User’s account within seventy-two (72) hours after a complaint is lodged.

1.6 Redemption Issues If a user is having difficulty redeeming a purchased e-Card or voucher code/pin on the merchant’s website or portal, the user should contact the merchant or publisher directly. The publisher’s contact details are available on the brand page on the Website.

1.7 Technical Errors Rewarzio is not responsible for any technical errors or redemption issues on the merchant’s or publisher’s website or portal.

1.8 Order Cancellation Orders cannot be canceled once they have been made.
